This powerful and precise spin-machine gives experienced players the tools to hit a heavy ball

Introducing the second generation of the SX 300 Tour, the heaviest and most stable member of the SX family.  Updated with a surgical 98 square inch head along with wider string spacing and a faster feel, this stick offers an impressive combination of spin, power and precision. At 11.4 ounces strung and boasting a 324-RDC swingweight, the 300 Tour is is ideal for intermediate and advanced players. It offers enough speed for aggressive all-court players while also feeling solid against big hitters.  Along with its new mold and more stable beam construction, the SX 300 gets updated with Spin Boost + Grommets, which are not only shaped to help the strings grip and rotate the ball but also positioned to optimize spin across a wider range of impact locations. Additional technologies include Sonic Core Infinergy, an ultra elastic material that adds comfort and power near the racquet's tip, the racquet's maximum leverage point. Ultimately, with this impressive update to the SX 300 Tour, Dunlop has created a great playing racquet for aggressive players.

Super comfortable spin stickThis racquet is very similar to the Pure Aero 98, but it just feels better. Comfort level is higher, spin maybe better or the same. I tried high tension at 61/63 pounds and it is the right tension for this stick. Some of my tennis friends tried it and were very happy.

Topspin MonsterIt looks and play a lot like Babolat AeroPro Drive, but way more forgiving on the arm. I don't use dampener and this thing does not give me arm pain like the AeroPro did. I'm 4.0 player. This thing is great for defense and hitting ball back stretched out on the run.

The most powerful 98, plus spinPower + spin, yet arm-friendly - that's a great combo. This is the most powerful 98 that I've seen in TW's database, adjusted for swingweight; in other words, if you were to add lead so that each racket weighs the same, this would be #1 in power (yes, even more than the Pure Drive 98 or FX 500 Tour). It's also as spin-intensive as the Aero 98, Vcore 98, or Extreme Tour. To me, this is a better racket than the Aero 98 because it's more forgiving for off-center hits and it feels less stiff yet is just as powerful. I miss fewer balls with this than the Aero, and don't feel as tired as with the Aero, but the Aero 98 does seem to have a bit more touch. This is made for using spin, angles, serves, and power volleys to win. It's not made for a touch game -- it's not terrible for touch but it's no Pro Staff or Prestige there.

The most arm friendly racquet of modern timesThis racquet has the body of any modern racquet, but surprisingly and thankfully vibration gets dissipated before it reaches the grip. Overhead balls will be crushed, very precise, super responsive, super stable, 66 RA and very, very arm-friendly!!!, No need to customize anything but your favorite strings. I recommend string 16 gauge, racquet will not feel dull, no need of shock absorbers, I still use it, though. Tension is great at 52 and even 55 the highest. AMAZING RACQUET! DUNLOP will help me to get rid of about 40 racquets with same specs, but tons of vibration that keep me away from courts for very long time. Dunlop I missed you for 33 years. Thank you.

Previous Feedback

Comments: Best racquet on the market today. Unreal feel, power and spin. It does everything so well. Strung with Solinco Hyper-G 16 at 55lbs.

Comments: I am presently demoing this racquet. Very easy to swing and you do get more spin. Muted feel and soft. Easy on the arm and despite the muted feel, you do get good feedback. Serves are solid too. Should appeal to a wide range of players. Good power, solid volleys and just a good all around racquet. For most players, it has enough mass too.
