One of the most popular tennis balls on the market for its long lasting, consistent play! HD Core technology provides excellent durability while the premium woven felt is 14% brighter than regular cloth. While suitable for play on all court surfaces, we recommend the regular duty felt for clay, soft indoor courts and for those seeking a slightly lighter feel at contact.

Sanctioned for both ITF and USTA tournament play.

  • 3 balls per can
  • 24 cans per case

Great Clay Court BallI’ve been using the Dunlop Grand Prix Reg Duty for over a year since having difficulty getting Penn red top balls. The Dunlop last longer and feel better after a match on clay. The quality is better. You can use them longer. I’m definitely sold on them. My entire tennis team noticed a difference when we switched. I order them by the case and they are lined up 1-4 in rows so it’s easy to grab the right number needed for league play.

Great BallThe problem with tennis ball reviews is that most people don't know what they're talking about. The biggest problem with balls are consistency and control. GP balls are the best in those terms. After many years of using GP, every can I open provides consistent bounce, fantastic control off the racquet, and decent life. Penns, Wilsons, etc. are rocks out of the can, have irregular seams creating irregular bounces, and have no feel off the racquet. There are enough challenges in playing decent tennis - the ball shouldn't be one of them. Dunlop GP is the best choice you can make.

They hold pressure longThose balls hold pressure longer than other balls I tested in Florida. They good with humid. But after the practice I usually store the basket with the balls at home.

Reliable, DurableWe switched to the Grand Prix balls a year or so ago. They provide a consistent bounce and decent durability at a reasonable price. I suppose we could buy the Extra Duty version of this ball, but the Regular Duty is a little lighter and holds up well without puffing out on slower courts. My regular hitting partner, who is a teaching pro, uses these balls in his carts/baskets for the reasons noted above.

Great value for moneyVery happy with these balls so far. Wasn't expecting much at this price point. Nice and heavy, take spin pretty well, with a consistent and honest bounce. Best ball I have found at this price point.

Great tennis balls, gotten WAY too expensiveI've always loved Dunlop tennis balls because they can provide 2-3 matches for our recreational play. That being said, I'll likely not purchase these balls again. At $97 per case (delivered), as good as they are, they're not worth THAT much anymore. Walmart sells cans of Penn (yuck!) balls for about half that price. With retirement in place, cost matters!

Dunlop Grand Prix regular duty ballsI have used these balls on both clay and hard courts for several years and am completely satisfied. I buy the regular duty for my winter clay court tennis in Mexico but sometimes have some left and use them on hard courts in Arizona in the summer where they are quite serviceable. Other players have often commented on how much better they play than many other brands.

Excellent Regular Duty BallThis is one of the most lively balls I have found on the market. Never had a bad can. They stay lively throughout the match. I highly recommend them. Tennis Warehouse provided excellent service. They immediately notified me when they were back in stock and they arrived earlier than the estimated date of arrival.

Great Premium BallsGreat balls for the price. Similar to the premium balls of other brands - maintains longer than the basic balls. Can last 4.5-level 3 sets or 2 hours of drills and still good enough to put into the Slinger bag.

Previous Feedback

Comments: I've been very happy with these balls. They last longer and have a better bounce than the Dunlop ATP Regular Duty Championship balls, and at this price category are better than the similar Wilson Championship. They are softer and lighter, and Penn Tour balls, don't last as long and go dead. I'm a 4.5 to 5.0 level player in Florida and these balls maintain well through a couple sets, and still have good life as practice balls for awhile after.

Comments: I really like these balls. They are heavier than normal Penn or Wilson, and do not fluff up after use. They accept spin well. I'm just finishing my first case and will reorder. Only had one ball that seemed dead which happens with all brands.

Comments: Horrible balls!
From: Sam, 1/26/21

Comments: My first experience with these and I have to say I am very unimpressed. Most of the balls felt deader than other brands right out of the can, the balls were noticeably softer than others when you squeeze them. The felt had a very loose weave and started to fluff before warmups were finished. Maybe I got a bad batch, but will likely not buy these again.
